We have worked with the developer to understand the design, layout and operational efficiencies, ensuring a maximum yield potential for the long-term rental and corporate build to rent market.

We are working with the design team to build the best product for the market and to do this we conducted a 4-way tender process to select an interior designer. We have been working with the selected partner on the FF&E selection for the apartments and resident amenity ensuring that a distinctive identity is created for the top end of the young professional corporate market.

These design and furnishing considerations will result in a mezzanine lounge reception area designed to fit with the building’s location and aesthetic, a co-working space for residents, a gated car park, secure bike storage, two environmentally sustainable brown roof gardens and access to an artisan F&B operator.

The 183 boutique apartments, comprise of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. They come complete with timber flooring, floor to ceiling windows, high end kitchen appliances, chic Conran furnishings and luxurious king-sized Ottoman beds. Some even include a private inset balcony.

Native has been appointed to undertake all lettings and block management on completion.
