Guy Nixon, CEO

Guy founded the business in 1998 having identified a gap in the market for quality accommodation for business travellers. He is passionate about designing properties that lead the market in terms of design, comfort, sustainability and yield efficiency.

Guy’s focus is to grow Native’s institutional investor base with a view to building the presence of the business in every major town and city in the UK.

Will Westbrook, Chairman

Will Westbrook is Chairman of Native and a Managing Director in the Ares Real Estate Group, where he focuses on European real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Will was a Director at AREA Property Partners, where he focused on origination and execution of investments. Will holds an M.A. from Edinburgh University in Politics and an M.A. from City University, London, in Property and Law.

Amanda Metcalfe, Director of Marketing and Customer Experience

Amanda is responsible for the Native brand during this exciting phase in the company’s growth and is focused on delivering a world-class customer experience across the portfolio. She brings a wealth of experience having held senior marketing positions at leading brands such as ebay and Morrisons.

Amanda will use this experience to position Native at the forefront of digital marketing innovation within the sector. Central to this approach will be to deliver content that resonates with Native’s digital-native customers in an engaging way.

As well as overseeing all digital-led communications, Amanda is responsible for forging brand partnerships and securing products and services in relation to the guest experience. This will form a key part in creating highly desirable living spaces that have everything on hand to ensure a pleasurable and memorable stay.

Archie Hunter, Portfolio Development Director

With a strong background in the hospitality sector, Archie is responsible for expanding Native’s investor-backed business, by proving the efficacy of the firm’s service-led approach to asset management. He is focused on building relationships with key institutional and private equity investment partners including Grosvenor, Aberdeen Asset Management, CBRE Global Investors, JLL and Kennedy Wilson.

Archie believes that PRS is poised to become the next major institutional asset class and is developing an approach which will set Native apart from the competition. This includes detailed modelling and research into the key drivers for each Native site as a way of delivering maximum return on investment.

Archie is a passionate advocate for high quality, future-fit and sustainable developments which makes him an ideal spokesperson for Native’s pioneering design and green credentials.

Ellie Hill, Portfolio Development Analyst

Ellie Hill joined Native in October 2016 as a Portfolio Development Analyst. She is responsible for providing financial modelling, demographic and market research, asset management and investment management support to our institutional and private equity investors.

Prior to joining Native, Ellie was a management consultant at Accenture in their Capital Markets practice, where she held a number of project management and business analyst positions.

Ellie has a BSc in Biochemistry with Management from Imperial College London.

Tracy Peacock, Director of Build to Rent

Tracy Peacock, is Head of BTR at Native, one of the largest BTR/aparthotel operators in the UK, with £1.7bn AUM. She oversees Native’s BTR business which comprises of 1,500 apartments, either in operation or under construction, across the UK. Key sites include the 533-apartment Kampus scheme in Manchester, a 183-unit Carolyn House scheme in East Croydon and the stylish 102-home Dalston Works development in London. Native BTR works with a broad range of Build to Rent investors including Dorrington, Aviva, LaSalle, CBREi, Woking Borough Council and Ares.

She ensures that Native BTR projects continue to be known for their design quality, as vibrant communities that are efficiently managed and supported by revenue management technology that drives consistently strong top line returns.

Tracy has over 20 years’ experience in residential leasing, working at the forefront of the ‘multi-family’ sector in Chicago, USA. She joins from Lennar Multi-Family Communities where she spent the last three years bringing 2,100 units to the market including liaison with the development team, operations, budget forecasts, marketing and asset management.

Tracy Peacock, Director of Build to Rent

Lindsay Whitehead, Operations Director

Lindsay joined the Native team in September 2014 and is responsible for the seamless operation of all Native properties across London including guest experience, team development, cost centre accountability and facilities management.  Focussing on the continuous review and improvement of the guest experience we offer, driving consistent operational standards and procedures to improve guest service and experience.

With over 20 years of experience within  the hospitality industry managing teams of up to 100 across a wide range of properties.

Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager, LEGOLAND Hotel Windsor and General Manager, Crowne Plaza Reading and Millennium Copthorne Hotels.

Tom Miller, Head of Revenue

Tom Miller heads up Native’s Revenue Management team, having joined the company in May 2016. His team has the responsibility to set and implement revenue strategies with the aim to deliver to the annual revenue budget of the aparthotel sector of our business.

Prior to Native, Tom was a Revenue Manager for Travelodge, managing multiple high volume markets across the UK, including major cities and flagship hotels.
