Hardy Sohal, Marketing & Digital Director
Hardy has over 20 years’ experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition and multi-channel brand & PR – both in UK and international markets.
Having previously held senior management roles in FTSE 100 financial services with Citigroup, Experian and Direct Line, Hardy is spearheading Native’s digital and mar-tech capabilities and infrastructure. He will use this experience to position Native at the forefront of digital innovation within the sector and central to this approach will be to deliver best in class content and web user experience that truly resonates with Native’s digital-first customers.
As well as overseeing all marketing communications, Hardy is responsible for all aspects of the Native brand across; print, digital, partnerships and guest experience, especially during these exciting phases in the company’s brand evolution. A significant component of this includes management and direction of Native’s PR activity across B2C consumer press and B2B media. This includes managing Native’s BTR and aparthotel marketing & PR launches in London, Manchester in early 2019 and Birmingham and Leeds in 2020.
