It’s an exciting time for Native as our brand evolves to reflect the transformation of our portfolio.
Our original proposition as Go Native twenty years ago was to offer extended stay travelers all the benefits of apartment living coupled with the services and flexibility of a hotel. That is still at the heart of our proposition but as our offer now extends into the Build to Rent sector, we’ve dropped the ‘Go’ as many of our customers are already Native to the cities we inhabit.

Native has led the market in terms of environmental best practice. We were early participants in the Carbon Disclosure Project, recording our emissions each year and tracking steps being taken to reduce them. We are proud to have delivered the first BREEAM Excellent rated aparthotel into the UK in 2018. We work with investors to target the highest possible BREEAM rating for each new build or refurbishment project.

Detailed financial modelling helps our clients understand where the greatest value potential of a scheme sits. Embedding operational efficiency at the design stage ensures that we minimise gross to net leakage.
